Any use of the Site implies that the user of said Site (hereinafter the “User”) undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. By continuing to browse the Site, the User acknowledges acceptance of and being contractually bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Description
The Site allows the User to search for products and/or services from sellers listed on the Site (hereinafter “Merchants”) and thus to compare said products and/or services.
The order in which Merchants’ products and/or services are presented depends on several criteria and on the type of search carried out by the User.
The results displayed on the Site result from feeds provided by Merchants and/or from products and deals spotted by us on the Internet; and are not exhaustive with regard to the goods and services available on the market.
Accordingly, YTEO cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the accuracy or completeness of this information.
User commitments and warranties
Use of the Site is free of charge and does not require prior registration. However, any commercial use of the Site is prohibited. The User undertakes to use the Site for exclusively personal purposes.
A User who wishes to purchase a product or service from a listed Merchant must go to that Merchant’s website in order to acquire the product and/or service concerned and will thereby be subject to that Merchant’s terms of use as well as its terms of sale and privacy policy, where applicable.

In the course of the User’s use of the Site, YTEO does not collect or process any personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
