An oolong with exceptional flavors. Harvested in the Wuyi Mountains, this rock tea comes from Rou Gui tea bushes, whose name means "cinnamon" in tribute to its spicy notes. It is a medium-oxidation oolong, enhanced by a pronounced roasting that builds its strength and minerality. Intense aromas of red and black fruits intertwine with roasted notes featuring almost caramelized, mineral, and spicy accents. Pure artistry!
