Description
This 100 g tea cake is a shu pu erh, also known as a "fermented" or "post-fermented" tea. It undergoes an accelerated ageing process that results in a dark, smooth liquor with no bitterness. This shu pu erh tea cake stands out thanks to its highly round texture, its indulgent notes of caramel and vanilla and its liquorice stick fragrances. An ideal introduction to the world of dark tea, it can be steeped multiple times and keeps well over time. This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.
