The remote control TELCOMA cardin noire 4e must be used with a compatible receiver of the brand TELCOMA on the frequency 433.92. It is very important to take exactly the same remote control for garage doors, such as the remote you are currently using. Otherwise your new remote control will not work, because it is not compatible. To avoid mistakes, here is our advice: This remote control has black buttons. It is not compatible with similar looking remote controls, which have different button colors. If your remote control has green buttons, it is the Telcoma FM404E. If your remote control has blue buttons, then the correct model is the Telcoma Edge 4. Upon receipt of your garage door remote control TELCOMA, this must be programmed so that it works with your gate system. This is very easy. Take the corresponding manual for the TELCOMA CARDIN NOIRE 4E, which will be sent in the package or can be found online on our website for download. The programming does not require any special tools
