Description
The Aquatic Ballet Washi Box. Born from Japanese craftsmanship, our Washi tins are hand-covered with traditional mulberry paper. This paper features goldfish, known as "Kingyo" in Japanese. Gliding through clear water peppered with seaweed, they perform a true ballet, evoking the freshness of spring. A precious gift for yourself or others. In the Land of the Rising Sun, "wa" means Japanese and "shi" means paper; "Washi" therefore literally means "Japanese paper." However, "wa" also signifies harmony and peace: Washi is also the paper of harmony. Choosing a Washi tin honors both the tea and its recipient; it is a precious vessel adorned with symbolic patterns, making it a remarkable and lasting gift, perfect for the optimal preservation of all teas. Two Washi tin sizes. Our washi boxes are equipped with a double lid to ensure the perfect preservation of teas and infusions. They are available in 2 sizes: approx. 100g and 150g. Dimensions: 100g = 12.4 x 6.5 cm. 150g = 15.3 x 7.5 cm.
