A Taiwanese community has been growing tea for a number of decades in the village of Mae Salong in Northern Thailand. Inspired by Taiwanese oolong teas made from the jin xuan cultivar, it develops deliciously buttery notes and naturally reveals surprising milky-vanilla aromatic nuances. This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.
