Beschreibung
This Grand Cru comes from Phoenix Mountain, Yunnan province. It is harvested at over 1,700 metres above sea level from da ye tea plants. It is a shu pu erh, which means that its fermentation process has been accelerated. A comforting, highly smooth shu pu erh, boasting a woody character enhanced by vanilla and caramel notes.
